I am totally floored by the kindness and great service we received from Wes and Lisa. We have used Best H&C for years and have always been impressed with the prompt and honest service, but this last time blew us away when they went to great lengths to make sure we didn’t have to go a night without heat. It should have taken at least a day to get a part ordered, but Lisa took it upon herself to personally drive up to Salt Lake to get it, and Wes was back at our door in hours.
